Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Medical Devices has launched the J&J Institute, which aims to increase access to healthcare education to help clinical and administrative healthcare professionals (HCPs) adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.

First launched in Hamburg, Germany, the J&J Institute provides comprehensive professional education focused on helping HCPs improve outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and reduce costs in a value-based care environment.

The curriculum includes live classes, app-based surgical and virtual reality simulation, online modules and videos, practice, anatomical and dry labs, ophthalmic chairs, as well as broadcasts to remote locations.
